Inspired by a stranger’s generosity, Dzenan was inspired to make his life’s work philanthropy. And what a life’s work it has become! In 2018, he was named the “Outstanding Young Professional” by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and, in 2019, was appointed to the AFP International Committee on Directorship. He also serves on AFP’s Next Generation Committee.

Dzenan has served as Executive Director of Principal Giving (responsible for $1 million plus gifts) for a successful $250 million university capital campaign. He currently serves in a philanthropy leadership role for a large regional health care foundation. Dzenan holds a graduate degree in Philanthropy and Development.

In his words, “Kindness, positivity, and the desire to make a difference for people are traits found in my DNA.” Dzenan brings his personable presence to clients while providing them coaching for staff and volunteers as they develop donor support. He will also assist board and staff leadership in establishing strategy and best practices for their annual and capital fund efforts.
