About Paul
Paul has more than 25 years of experience as a pastor, leading congregations in rural, exurb, and suburban settings. He has extensive experience working with a wide variety of congregations on leadership development following the family systems theory models. He helps leaders manage their anxiety, allowing them the capacity to focus on mission and vision as they plan for the future. Working with Stewardship for All Seasons he has helped congregations focus on their mission and inspire generosity in their people.
Paul is the author of a number of books, most recently “Clear, Calm and Connected: Reflections on Church Leadership”. Co-authored with Robert Holley, this book is an excellent resource for church and non-profit boards looking to strengthen leaders and discern their mission.
Paul is an avid cyclist, a Knight of Sufferlandria, and a Moth Story Slam winner. His wife Brandy is a lactation consultant and together they are the proud parents of three sons, fast becoming men.
